Delivery Information

Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout:

UK:

2nd class sign for: 2-5 business days after shipping. Please be aware this system can NOT be tracked, and the delivery will depend on your local post office.

Tracked 48 hrs: 2-3 business days after shipping. Fully tracked, you can see where is your package at all times.

Special delivery: Next day delivery after shipping. If you need a rush order please contact us to discuss additional charge.

Europe:

Standard: 7-10 business days after shipping.

Special delivery: 3-4 business days after shipping.

We are not responsible for  any lost package if the customer chooses the standard and tracked delivery option. The only with insurance is the Special delivery.

Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. Puzzle Designs has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
