A sold-out activation, increased sales and the official launch of our Patch Bar. Over two weekends at Rituals Oxford Street, Puzzle Designs transformed the in-store Gift With Purchase experience with bespoke patches, personalised Maxi Letter Keyrings and our custom activation cart.

The result? A sold-out activation and an increase in sales during the campaign.

For this collaboration, we officially launched our new Patch Bar, alongside our Maxi Letter Keyring Charm Bar, all presented from our personalised Puzzle Designs activation cart.

A Bespoke Patch Bar for Rituals

For the launch of our Patch Bar, we designed a collection of bespoke patches from scratch exclusively for Rituals. Summer vibes was the inspiration for this collaboration.

Customers could select their favourite designs and have them applied on-site, creating a fast, interactive and highly personalised retail experience. The activation gave customers an extra incentive to reach the qualifying spend while adding more value to their purchase.

Maxi Letter Keyring Charm Bar

Alongside the Patch Bar, customers could also personalise their own Maxi Letter Keyring, choosing colourful letters to create something completely unique.

This type of personalisation works particularly well for Gift With Purchase campaigns, product launches, store openings and PR activations, as customers leave with something memorable that they have created themselves.

The full experience was presented from our personalised activation cart, creating a premium and eye-catching station inside the Rituals Oxford Street store.
